help please I can't drag'n drop anymore....

I don't know why but I can't drag'n drop anymore, even
from one folder to another one: I can't move file anymore

and I can't open a file if i drag it onto the opened
window of its application


any idea

PS: win xp home up-to-date -legal!-(I have the impression
that it occured after a recent -couple of days- windows
update)


any idea?

PS: i know that there's a checkbox on the properties of
the start menu which is checked

This can be caused by a virus. What does a scan with a current antivirus
program (meaning a version not earlier than 2002 and using updated
virus definitions) show? Do your scan in Safe Mode. If your machine is
clean and you have a Dell, uninstall the Dell Media Experience from
Add/Remove Programs.

I'm having the same problems, i had it occur suddenly during \a session in
paintshop pro, and now paintshop pro will not read using the psp browser, nor
will it let me drag and drop in any program, widnows explorer included.

one thing that also is happening, at boot up, i cant open my startbar unless
i hit then TAB key first. it seems as if some key is locked in down position

i ran a scan with AVG, adaware, spybot, and at trendmicro, and im clean.

i fixed it once buy uninstalling and reinstalling paintshop pro, then cmd
del *.tmp /r /f

rebooted in debugging mode, and it was repaired, but when i rebooted, (after
setting a system restore point) had the problem return. now those same fixes
do not work.

help me please!
