Help Please! - 2 Scan Error Messages

I keep getting 2 error messages every time I turn on my computer, and it
won't ever let me turn off my computer the correct way. I have to hold down
the button on the tower until it goes off.

The 1st error reads:

The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk
that is not available.
Insert the 'Scan' disk and click OK.
Use source (with a drop down menu - or Browse)

The 2nd error reads:
Scan Error
Access violation at address 00431232
Read of address FF9E1FB4

I have 2 printers connected to my computer and have'nt had any problems. I
have an HP PSC 2110 and an HP Laserjet 3050. I have tried reinserting both
disks and it says they're downloaded successfully. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated!

Try starting in Safe mode and then run 'msconfig'. Click the 'Startup'
tab, look for any strange programs that may be there and uncheck them.
Also, have you tried a full virus scan and/or any spyware/adware scans?
You can find some good free scanners online by Googling "free online
scan".

Good luck

The first one is fixed now. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer
software. The second is a "hot keyboard" error. Thank you!
