HELP!!! PAYSITE CHAT GROUPS

Computer beginner having troubles with loging onto paysite chat groups. I
have XP professional running on my computer with NORTON ANTIVIRUS and
SPYSWEEPER. I can get onto YAHOO messenger and MSN messenger to chat but
cannot do this on paysite Have disabled XP firewall, turned off NORTON
firewall, shutdown SPYSWEEPER but still have no luck loging onto paysite of
chatgroup. After I have entered site with my password "click" into chat all I
get to see is a page with a small "x" in top right corner. Would appreciate
any ideas or comments on how to fix. Thanks

Ask the makers/users/support staff of the "paysite" you speak of.
