This computer is a month old it's a generic no name 2.4 g
with 512 2700 ddr. with XP. I turned the computer on
today and it was acting very sluggish. I shut it off to
go to work my wife turned it on later and started to get
error meesages. She shut it off and I have resumed...
another error message where do I start? How do I figure
out what the error message is?

Thanks for your time.

Perhaps you might want to start by telling us what the error message says,
so we don't have to guess. :)

Where to start....How about the company that sold you the computer? I
presume they also supplied a warranty?
