Help - my computer keeps restarting!

I have loaded XP Pro on my computer and I keep getting a message bo
come up saying LSA Shell (Export Version) has encountered a problem an
needs to close. I then get another box come up saying the computer wil
restart in xx seconds.
Can anyone help??????????????????
