HELP! Messed up Startup options!

OK, this was really stupid of me! I just finished making changes to my form,
and
I was just playing around with my startup options.

I unchecked everything in the start up options window - just to see what
would happen. HA!!

Now my form opens up very nicely, but I can't get all the menus and design
view back or anything - YIKES!

If I click on the "design" icon, it says I may not have exclusive rights to
the form, and any changes I make may not be saved...etc...

How do I get back to normal menus, icons...etc.?

Hold the [Left Shift] key while you launch the access database. This
will by-pass the startup options you've set. Then you can get back
into Tools>Startup to correct what you like.

ribbon setup!

click on the Microsoft Office Button

on bottom:
Access Options command button

left sidebar menu:
Current Database

you will get used to the new setup
