Help Me Understand Recurring WGA Temp Files

The following two files appear anew each time I boot. They seem to indicate
that I have a limited time to authenticate my software, or something like
that.
It began happening after I installed some tax software--and paid for it
online.
Can someone tell me what this means, why it's happening, if it is cause for
concern, and, if so, how to "fix" it?

I am not getting a "May be a victim of software counterfeiting" message.
Only the two Windows | Temp files I originally posted. So far I have not
experienced any unusual performance issues. I would like to understand why
these files reappear with each new boot.
BTW, this Gateway computer is several years old and there is no question
that the OS is legit.
Thanks for your reply and for the link.
