Help! Installiation hangs on loading :(

Hey everyone, I posted this earlier but since this board moves so fast I
figured I should start a new thread.

Anyways I have tried installing both the 64 and 32 bit versions. I have
booted from the DVD for both and I tried starting the 32 bit one in windows
as well. Everytime once it gets past the loading files progress bar and goes
to the screen with the bar that moves across the screen and says Windows 2006
under it my computer just hangs. The little bar keeps moving for the most
part, every once and a while it will pause for a couples seconds. Previously
someone said they had to let it sit on this screen for about an hour and a
half, so I let it sit over night (about 9 hours) with no progress. Someone
also suggested that my mouse was causing the trouble and that I should unplug
it, that also didn't work. Any ideas?

My specs are:
AMD 3200+64 AM2 socket2
MSI K9L Platinum w/nForce 570 chipset
2 gigs Mushkin enhanced performance DDR2 ram
EVGA 7900GT KO Signature Series
Sound Blaster X-FI
NEC DVD Burner
250 gig WD SATA hard drive
Enermax Liberty 500W psu
Razer Copper Head mouse
Microsoft Digital Media keyboard (mouse and keyboard both plugged in w/USB)
Lexmark P4350 printer

if there are any important specs that i'm missing let me know, thank you for
any help

Sorry no easy ideas, just some basic ones:
1. try f8 + safe mode etc
2. Pull the x-fi out, pull the SATA drive out, disable SATA in bios, get a
PATA drive and try again.
3 Or if you want to find the cause of the problem by looking at logs, try f8
and enable logging and look at the log generated (probably in the root of
some of the partitions, xp or vista partition).. Also setupapi.app.log
setupapi.dev.log may contain info but in this case since it hangs so early
in the boot it is unlikely these logs have anything of use.

After you got all the logs (net* setup*), try submit a bug.. google for beta
client
