HELP: IE6 problem

I get an additional window come up when I open the browser. The window
looks like a toolbar - has search, go, etc. But, it is obviously another
window. How do I find out what IE6 opens?

An update: it looks like it starts with Win2K, but does not show up until
IE is open.

Sometimes,when you remove malware it will stop your TCP/IP
stack from working (Internet connection).
Winsock or LSP-fix will correct the problem,Download first.
Note to anyone using NOD32 Anti-Virus software,Do Not delete the

Just found who caused it. Found the company, and they were kind enough
to send me the uninstall program (the unstall from add/remove programs
did not work). So, all fixed. Thanks for your help.
