Help! I get error message....

Help! I'm a first time user with existing hotmail account. I'm trying to send
mail and get the messages "Task 'Hotmail -Sending' reported error
(0x800CCCF0): 'The service is currently unavailable. Try again later. The
server responded 'Service Unavailable'." and "Task 'Hotmail:Folder:Inbox
Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCCF0) : 'The service is
currently unavailable. Try again later. The server responded 'Service
Unavailable'.'"

Then you got stuck in the wrong usergroup.

This usergroup is about microsoft access.
