HELP! I can't get rid of the Virus Alert on my task bar!

I have a virus on my computer that I cannot get rid of... It says virus alert where my clock once was, and time beside it is in military time... also when i click start everything on the right side of the menu is missing IE: My Documents, Run, Control Panel, Help and Support.... Download superantispyware, its free and it works wonders, run that and see what it gets rid of.

Also try trojan remover, run that as well if the above doesn't fix it.
