HELP!!! Home Page keeps changing automatically

Somewhere along the way, I picked up some sort of bug that
keeps changing my Internet Explorer homepage. I can go in
and change it back to the page I want, but after an hour
or so, it changes back again to this other page that
someone apparently wants me to see. I've tried deleting
my cookies and Temporary Internet Files in an attempt to
rid my system of this very frustrating program, but it
hasn't worked. Does anyone know what's causing it and how
I can make it stop?
