HELP bf screwed with files... now can't logon

I have no idea what my bf has done, or what files he has
been messing with. However, I do know that no one is able
to logon and start Windows XP computer at our house.

Oh the best part of it all... He has created a password
for Administrator but can't remember what it is. He's so
clever, forgets what pen and paper are for.

The pc is able to get to main screen and shows all three
users. But we are not able to type in our passwords to
logon. We are in fact unable to do anything. Which is
becoming a real pain. We can't find out what our Product
ID (PID) is. Once again clever man forgets about pen and
paper and their handy uses..... like writing information
about pc system.

Any ideas on how to get logged on???????

PS

I am considering grounding him from the computer, even
though it is technically his, and I have my own. Or
better yet I should become the one and only Administrator
of that computer and he will then be unable to fart around
with all these wonderful things.

Have you tried to log on with the original Administrator user:

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:
