Bypass Logon?

Hey, our office just got this computer given to us and it
wants us to logon to the computer. We have absolutely no
idea what the user's password was or the administrator
password was. Is there any way to reset windows or to
get past this screen?

Have you tried to log on with the original Administrator user:

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:
