HELP !! Any information on catalog files

Is there anyone out there that can tell me how to update catalog files.
Can't get into Kodak Easy Share cause it keeps telling me that I need to
update my Catalog Files. I don't even know what they are. ANY HELP

Contact Kodak Easy Share tech support for help with their software.
Their tech support should know what is needed.

I was on with Kodak support for almost 2 hours yesterday. We uninstalled it
and reinstalled it 3 times. We did a clean up and it still did the same
thing. They then said it was something within microsoft. But thank you for
your reply. Guess I won't be able to use my Easy Share thats all.

These "catalog files", doesn't Kodak even know how their software
works?!?!? If I was the one with this software, I would ask them were
these catalog files were, and if I could rename them so new ones would
be created.
