Help and Support will not start

Now, all runs well EXCEPT help and support will not
start.I got this message:
ERROR 1058
The service cannot be started because it is disabled or
because it has no enabled devices associated with it"
I use help alot and need it. any ideas?

Why don't you try to press F1. Try it.
