Help and Support Centre does not work.

Hi all.

OK so I have tried the following:

-using the vbs fix
-reregistering help and support via "helpctr -regserver"
-reinstalling pchealth.inf
-verifying the service is running
-checking that all my windows files have not been tampered with via
"sfc /scannow"

Whenever I click on help and support from the start menu, I get an
hourglass which disappears quickly and helpctr.exe and helpsvc.exe
appear in my process list. Then after a short time they both
disappear.

scan your system with Spybot and retry.

Hi. I just ran it. It found 6 unrelated problems and corrected them.
Help and Support still doesn't work

Any ideas? help if you can. Thank ya
