My Help and Support Center has not been able to update for some time now. I
speaking about the area where it says "Did you know?"

I'm getting this message...
When you are connected to the Internet, this area will display links to
timely help and support information. If you want to connect to the Internet
now, start the New Connection Wizard and see how to establish a Web
connection through an Internet service provider.

This happening on both of my computers. I have even disconnected from my
router and hooked straight from the cable modem with no firewall running. Is
the server that updates this down? I don't think it's me.

I WAS WANTING TO KNOW THE SAME THING!! MY COMPUTER IS DOING THE SAME THING AND IT HAS BEEN FOR SOME TIME NOW ALSO. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND IVE CHECKED TO SEEE IF THERE WAS SOME SORTA UPDATE OR SOMETHING BUT NOTHING SO FAR! ANY ONE WITH INFO ON HOW TO FIX THIS - PLEASE HELP!!!!
