Help and Support Center do not work

Does anyone know what would prevent the Help and Support
Center menu item from working. There is no error, just
nothing happens. This occurs from anyplace the item
appears (Start menu, Control panel, etc.).

To reinstall Help and Support: Go to
C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose
install. Have your CD handy.

This is a hidden folder: Go to Start/Run and type
in: control folders. View: Show hidden files and
folders and uncheck Hide extensions for known file types

Last, go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr - regserver
