Header

I am trying to set up my presentation so that the header PMBOK appears in the
upper left hand corner of each slide when I print it out. Could you identify
the steps I need to take in order to make this happen? What I am doing right
now doesn't seem to be working.

In your handout master (View > Handout Master in 2007) orient the page to
landscape and set the number of slides to one. Enter the header in the
placeholders.

When you are ready to print, under Print What select Handouts.

This should be what you need.
