HDD - NTFS-FAT Info Please

Hi,
I have just formatted a HDD in NTFS, installed windows xp, just looked at it
in the Disk Management section. It tells me that I have 2 Patitions on the
windows C: drive the first is 297Gb NTFS Healthy Boot, then a smaller one
Healthy Active of 549Mb in Fat system. Could you shed some light on what
they both mean please. I thought that if I had formatted it NTFS it would
all be in NTFS, or have I made an error.
Thanks Guys
Regards
Bob

Do you have an OEM machine like a Dell, etc.? If so, this is probably a
restore partition created by the OEM. If you need more help, please give
more details about your computer.

Hi Malke,
I built it myself, had one problem, so installed and reinstalled it four
times on the drive so winXp is and OEM version. I used an epox 9nda3j
board, Amd 64 3500+, 2 gigs of Ram. Each time I reinstalled I got window to
delete the previous partition and re format it, just want to know if it will
be ok to incorporate it back into the main C: drive

If there's nothing on it, then sure it's available for use. You will need
third-party partitioning software to incorporate it into your current
Windows installation non-destructively.
