somehow, I now have 2 calendars. My main one "Calendar" is wanted and
needed, but somewhere "Calendar in (e-mail address removed)" is now listed
under "My Calendars." It took me a few weeks (and missed meetings) to realize
people were sending me appointment requests that I was not seeing on my main
"Calendar" I have tried to right click the "Calendar in
(e-mail address removed)" to delete it, but not an allowed option. Help
please!! I only want one calendar.............

Where is your default delivery location? Hotmail? Your POP3 account?

My Hotmail account is the default email (of the 3 I use from Outlook), but
not sure where I find out the "default delivery location"

Depends on your Outlook version. For Outlook 2002/2003, click Tools>E-mail
Accounts>Next. For Outlook 2007, click Tools>Account Settings>Data Files.

You can't have only one if you use the outlook connector for hotmail. New
appointments will go to the default calendar - if that is the hotmail acct,
then you need to change it to the pst the main calendar is in.

To hide the calendar - create a new group, move the calendar to it, collapse
the group.

I do not want more than one calendar, and I have no need for the 'hotmail
connector' what ever that is? I do not need the ability to access my
calendar from www.hotmail.com or anywhere else besides my outlook file. is
that what the 'hotmail connector' is? I want all appoiuntment to go to the
"calendar"

I could use some further explanation on how to do this?

thank you

How are you collecting your hotmail in Outlook? Remove the hotmail account
and the calendar will go away.

Switch to folder list (ctrl+6) and you'll have a better understanding of how
your accounts are arranged.

Well, this indicates that your local PST is the delivery location. Perhaps,
because the calendar is hosted by Hotmail and due to how the connector
works, the server won't allow its deletion.
