Having to reboot system

Hi all hope I have got the right section.
Anyway can any one help me, I have had to restore my laptop, as the pepole I
took it to when the on board modem failed & the DVD & the wirless system,
said that my copy of windows had been croupted, Any way I backed up my files,
cos I have a resore disk, only after restore I no longer have Excle, or
Access, is there any way of getting these back, they came pre-installed on
the laptop, I have also lost all reg. for these, when I first used the
laptop, I had to reg. all this on-line is there a backup somewhere?

Hi ,i cannot seem to be able to use the email on Out Look express.It fails
and tell me to check my newsgroup configuration.Whats that got to do with
Emails? Anyway ,i've tried that but it don't seem to work still.It seems too
long drawn out for me.I was on it 5 hours last night trying to get the
stupid thing to work.Anyone have any ideas please?

You will need to contact the laptop manufacturer to obtain the media if it
came pre-installed.
