Have checked account settings but still cannot receive e-mails Hel

Hello, Can anyone help please as I am getting very frusterated! I have set up
my single account with outlook very carefully, checking POP and SMTP,
password username etc.

I then go to test my settings (Outlook 2003) and everything goes fine, sent,
received and test message sent. However I just don't seem to be receiving the
messages!I click on send and receive the bottom left hand corner it says
sending and receiving, then complete. However I have received nothing and I
do not know why! I have mailwasher Pro also set up which works fine with the
same account setup. I can see all the test messages. I then use that program
to process the mail. IE send to Outlook but nothing happens. I bypass
Mailwasher Pro but still I cannot receive. I am stumped! If any really
clever person can help I would be very grateful! I can read your answers via
mailwasher pro. or Hotmail? at

I use Outlook 2003 as well - my test message has never shown up in
Outlook. It only shows up in my Gmail Inbox on the web. Check there
first.
