Has anyone can guess which Hardware that can make WindowsXP hang...

I install Windows XP Professional in to my computer (that CPU AMD 800 MHz)
During installation no problem occur...so I guess that everything is working properly.

after installation ,the Windows start everything like it should be...
Stand by at desktop...I do nothing approximately 1 minute...

The Windows XP is gone...key board don't response my action,also mouse.
Then I restart my PC with restart button,not CTRL+ALT+DELETE (because Key board is hang)

The same problem still occur...after I restart it 3 times...
So I think this is not Windows XP Problem...

Has anyone can guess which Hardware that can make WindowsXP hang...?
Please halp me...:'(

Press F8 during re-boot and enter safe mode and right click My Computer,
select properties, hardware, device manager and see if any device conflict.
