hardware in add/remove programs

When installing XP the driver for my 56k data fax modem wasnt installed. The
modem was yellow listed in device manager under other devices>PCI device.
After installing the driver manually the data fax modem became listed in the
add/remove programs window. Is this normal or evidence that Ive done
something wrong even though the modem is working ok.

That is how mine is, (modem driver listed in Add/Remove), no size shown.
From experience, I found that delete from Add/Remove is the same as
deleteing it from 'Device Manager', and vis-versa.
