Hard drive constantly writing/reading

I have checked the paging file and disabled write cache on drives and
disabled the indexing service and still my hard drive is accessed constantly.
No processes stand out in task manager, I have run spybot search and destroy.
I have a Raid 0 running XP pro. PLease, please does anyone have any other
suggestions. I have a feeling it will slowly degrade my hard drives until
they go poof. Not really a performance issue just a worry issue. I have a P4
3.2 with two 120 gyg WD drives in raid 0 and 2 gyg ddr400 ram. Thanks a bunch!

When fragmented beyond 15%, defrag runs automatically in the background.
