Hard disk spindle

Hello every one.

I am designing a mechanism for which i need a motor. After lot of discussions with my partners we decided that hard disk motor would be best suited for our application ..

could any one suggest me what would be the dimensions and weight of the motor of a general hard disk.. where can i find more information on it

About the best way to find out anything about a hdd motor would be to actually dismantel a broken drive
