hal.dll is missing or corrupt

when i checked it in td, there was no warnings or errors.
but when i boot from the image,it shows that hal.dll is missing or corrupt.
why?are there anyone met this problem?
how can i resolve it?

frank,

You either provided bad ARC path in boot.ini or your file is realyl missing.
Please check path and whether this file really exist on your medium used on
target device.
