Why would you want to? If rearranging partitions, this is not possible with
XP's tools. A third party partitioning tool will help you to shuffle data
around to readjust the partitions.

Thanks for the extra information.

Sorry but XP is not capable of doing this on its own. Something like BootIt
NG (http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/utilities.html) or Partition Magic to
do this.

Before combining the partitions, you may want to check if the manufacturer
has files on that second partition. Often there are files necessary to
repair/reinstall your Windows setup in this location. That utility may rely
on the second partition remaining untouched.
