GTA IV Steam issues - Fault Module Name: nvd3dum.dl?l

Hey again

I recently bought GTA IV from steam, and upon opening the game everything is fine, yet when i try to start a new game (first time) it gets to the beginning of the cinematic where a random guy starts shouting "DADDYS BACK YOU BI&"HES" - lol
When this begins it immediately closes saying that GTA IV has stopped working bla bla.

I'm using windows 7 64 bit home premium (or whatever the name is)
i have a Nvidia 9800 GTX+ graphics card
Intel core 2 duo 3.00ghz
4gb of ram

nvd3dum.dll is part of your Nvidia Display drivers, start by upgrading to the latest stable ones off the NV site.
