I did a virus scan on AVG and i have a trojan horse PSW.Agent.H. It told me to move it to the virus vault but it wont do it...

I'm not brilliant with computers can anyone help me get rid of it?

Reboot into safe mode and try again.

Hold down the F8 key during the very early part of the boot up process. A
menu should appear. Select Safe Mode.

By the way, why are you "clueless"? Don't stay that way. With a little
effort you can become the next expert in your neighborhood. ;>)
