while opening file c:\windows\system32\wiz98.exe Trojan Horse IRC/Backdoor

Kill it.
Why do you want to keep it around?

If the file is from someone you trust, you may want to heal it. The sender
may not know it contains a virus and the mail may contain some information
of value. If the file is from someone you don't know, I'd delete it.

My personal action is to delete anything that contains a virus. Even though
the sender's identity shows being a friend, it may not actually come from a
friend.

Heal/Delete/Move. One of those.

Heal, if it is a file of yours that has been infected.

Delete, if it is I file you downloaded, or were sent.

Move, if the source of the file is unknown.

Generally I'd suggest to Move it and leave it in the vault until you are
satisfied that your computer is working right after at least one reboot,
then clean out the vault.
