group policy

I have this question but I have found know answer.
Is there a way to transfer the group policy from one computer to
another.
I am building 3 different computers with WinXP. I have completed one
and set the group policies using the group policy editor in the MMC. I
have set both local computer and user policies. I copied the
registry.pol and the console from one computer to the next but when I
open the console one the new computer to edit policy it shows that
they are have not been configured?
Any ideas?

There is a utility for this that i found for migration
from NT to 2000, but I haven't seen one for XP (not to say
there isn't one) Maybe this will help you search further
into your issue.
One of the files is gpolmig.exe

Time Save and great little utility:

You can load another user's profile, make the desired changes, and save
them. WITHOUT HAVING TO LOG ON to their Desktop. You can also create a set
of "Default" settings and save them for future use.
