GPO to disable IE option "Enable folder view for FTP"

Hi,

I use a proxy server and I would to disable "Enable folder view for FTP
sites" option on 400 computers (IE 6 and IE7). Can I set it by Group Policy
or disable it in other way (registry , ...) ?

Howdie Alfred!

You need to configure this in Internet Explorer Preference Mode:
UserConf\Windows Settings\Internet Explorer Maintenance [right click] ->
"Preference Mode". Then choose Advanced\Internet Settings. Under
"Advanced Settings" there is the setting "Enable folder view for FTP
sites" - you can enable/disable it there as far as I remember.

Be sure to read a little about Internet Explorer Preference Mode:
