gpmc with windows 2000 server

I downloaded gpmc and am using it in a win2k domain and I
am wondering if some of it's functionality is only
available with windows server 2003. For example I would
like to be able to right click on a GPO and use the copy
and import features but they are not there. Anyone know?

It works find in W2k domains.
The only functionality you will lack
is Group Policy Modeling which
requires at least one domain controller.
