GP will not open!

On a win2k AD server, I go to AD, go to the top of the
tree (domain name) and right click, goto properties, GP
Tab, highlight the "Default Policy" and click "edit", at
which time I receive an error telling me that I don't have
rights.

What can I do to correct this?

What can I do to correct this?

If you are certain you have the appropriate rights (ie you are logged in
as the domain admin), are you having any ntfrs errors? Check the frs event
log. If so, check this link:
