Google Won't Load

Hey. Three days ago, my computer started acting up and stopped accessin
my home network. I'm pretty sure it had something to do with a trojan o
virus that I had acquired (ran scans for both and they both turned u
showing I had something)

Anyway, I finally got everything fixed today, I got my wireless back u
and functioning, only google won't load. It's the only page that won'
load for me. I've never had issues loading google. It keeps acting lik
it's trying to redirect or like it's just not there. And the othe
computers on my network are having no issues getting to it.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thanks fo
any input anyone might have

Well check your Hosts file for any entries for google and Remove it.
To access the Hosts file try this;
Open windows explorer and locate this path:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc = look in the right pane/window and you will
see a HOSTS file but NOT the one with extension .SAM leave this as is please.
Right click the Hosts file and select open with Notepad, if there is any
entry for th site remove and save the file as is and reboot your machine.
If you can't see the Hosts file then you need to show hidden files and
folders, by clicking on Tools >> Folder Options > View menu and check the
show hidden Files and folders ( be sure after editing the hosts file to turn
this OFF and Hide the system files and folders.
Are you sure you got rid of the Troj and malwares on your computer?.
Also check that the cookies is not blocked for that site
HTH.

Thanks so much. It works now.
And as for the Troj and malwares, I ran full system scans of both
Norton and Adaware and let them do their things with fixing stuff.

And just to be sure, I went through my activity log for Norton and
looked at the virus it found (Backdoor.Rustock.B) that it got rid of
and looked it up and its description was everything I had issues with,
from my network problems to google's issues.

Once again, thanks a ton :)
