Glitch with print screening playing video into Paint. Weird thing happens

Hi, I was trying to make a print screen from a video that
I was watching in Windows Media Player(same thing happened
in quicktime) So that I could get a still image from the
video into Paint. When I used the printscreen button and
pasted it(while video was still playing), it was also
playing in Paint and I could draw on it or move it or do
anything to it. Its like it imported the player into
paint. Even when I did Print preview in paint, it still
played video. This also happened when I used Quicktime
player. Did the people at Microsoft know about this(I
think not). If I paused the video, it would pause it in
paint as well.


(and I thought that Paint was a simple program, bet ya
Photoshop can't top that lol)

PS: The only time it didn't play was when I printed it

It does the same thing in Photoshop.
