Gigabit LAN Speed Expectations

I have a small home office network, running SBS2003. All of the computers on
the LAN segment have GB ethernet cards, and connect via a GB switch.

I was wondering what speed of data transfer I can expect. I ran Passmarks
Performance Test, and the average result between server and desktop was
392000 Kbits/sec (.36 Gbps).

Is this normal - it seems to me that it is not utilizing the full Gigabit
LAN, but I am not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
