Ghosting a sysprep image: admin profile

Hello,
I have been ghosting sysprep image for a while. Recently,
I noticed that administrator profile will be recreated
after sysprep.
Here is what I usually do:
Set up a model machine, customize default user profile,
and rename administrator account to something else for
security purpose, then run sysprep with mini switch and
reseal the machine. Use Ghost to take the image off the
model machine and clone other machines (with idential
hardware). Usually, after mini setup the cloned machine
will log in once with the renamed administrator account as
I specified.
Recently, after the above procedure, the cloned machine
will log in with a new admin account named "administrator"
and totally disregard the renamed orginal administrator
account. The renamed administrator account is still there.
It seems after the mini setup on the new machien, the
sysprep process recreated a new "administrator" account.
Is this normal or I missed something? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried creating a Default User account instead of an Administrator
account?
That way all users logging in will get the settings you set.
