Getting same signature when replying to a message as when sending

I had to reinstall Outlook 2003. How do I get the same autosegnature when
replying to a message, as when I send a new one?

go to:
Tools, Options
On the window that pops up, select "Mail Format"
At the very bottom is the signature area. It allows you to select the
signature you want to use when you originate emails, and when you reply or
forward emails.
