Top/Bottom posting in reply

When I opt to reply to a message in outlook it brings up a window
showing my 'signature' file above the quoted message.

How can I get it to put the original message on top and the signature
below with the cursor in between?

You do know that Outlook is a mail client and not a newsgroup
