Getting rid of a dailer

Hi

I don't know how but I've got a dialer program in my system which I can't
get out.

It has created two files as far as I know

rasautou.exe
rasautou.dll

and a number of entries in the registry.

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1614895754-507921405-1957994488-1004\Software\Microsoft\
Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache\\D:\WINDOWS\system32\rasautou.exe

Problem is that even when I take them out by deleting them (files and
register keys), they come back in front of my very eyes.
