getting message over system tray

Hello ,

I Had a problem in developing a application for getting a message
over or above system tray .

When we first logon into the MSN messenger , The messenger will shows
message above the system tray. for example " there are

20 new mails" above system tray .

How to implement this function in my application in vb.net or c#.

Either I need some sites to implement this or procedure.

Please give me reply for this as soon as possible.
