Getting Information From An Old Install

Someone HELP ME PLEASE !!!

I reinstalled Windows XP MCE 2005 due to a motherboard failure, so now I
have all new stuff pretty much but the same drives i was using before.
Everytime I try to access my folder in "Documents And Settings" on my old
drive it wont let me enter my user to retreave my old information. To make
matters worse im on a business deadline for this information so if anyone has
any ideas or quick fixes please EMAIL ME ASAP !!!
