getting "Access Denied" when I try to open my exported contacts

I "export" contacts and calendar to PST. files to share with my laptop. When
I try to open & "import" to laptop I get "access denied" The folder is a
shared floder. I have no encryption or password on the file. Using XP and
Office 2003 on both computers. I am the administrator on both, also.

Do you have the same PST file opened on the other machine at the same time?
