Getting A Reminder Note to Disappear

We have a reminder note popping up and can't get it to go
away.
It says this page can not be displayed and can not find
server or DNS error.

We can connect to the internet but this page continues to
pop up. You can't right click or left click on it. You
have to restart the computer and then it continues again
to pop up.
