Get Internet Explorer Script Error when running MS Ticker Desktop item

When running MS News Ticker (Active Desktop Item) - Keep
getting : Internet Explorer Script error - says: An error
has occured in the script of this page

Error:Syntax Error
Code:0
URL : Http//:login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?id =6528
This then causes the ticker to "white out" - Go blank ,
try re-synchronizing it - This doesnt work - Have to do a
system restore (Windows XP) to keep fixing problem
temporarily - Until it happens again??
HELP...

Install the latest script engine. Let us know if it works.
