Generic Host Process for Windows 32 services Error Message

Every time I open my computer I receive this error Message:

Generic Host Process for Windows 32 services has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle
of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell
Microsoft about the problem: Yes or No. Then it goes on to provide this
detailed Error Report:

C:\DOCUME~1\Registry\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4c0a.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Registry\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4c0a.dir00\appcompat.txt

I click Yes and the dialog box closes. It's a nuisance but other than that
everthing seems to be OK. Any suggestions as how to stop this nuisance?

software.Run in safe mode.
